5.38.070: TEMPORARY STANDS; PERMITTED ACTIVITIES:
Retail sales of fireworks, Christmas trees, craft stands, sales stands, and rock chip repair stands shall be permitted from a temporary stand, subject to the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 17-18)
