5.36.070: TEMPORARY LICENSE; REVOCATION:
A temporary license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked if:
   A.   The licensee has added, caused to be added or permitted to be added to the fire and damaged goods any goods, wares or merchandise not described in the original inventory.
   B.   The licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or of the laws pertaining to advertising. (Ord. 17-18)
