5.12.150: SALES AT WHOLESALE:
It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of selling beer at wholesale within the City without first obtaining a wholesale beer license from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and obtaining a regulatory license therefor from the City. (Ord. 17-18)
