5.12.040: COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS:

A. Compliance With State Law: All persons subject to this chapter must comply with any and all licensing and operational requirements under the Act, title 32B, Utah Code Annotated, or its successor.

B. Compliance With City Ordinances: Persons subject to this chapter must comply with:

1. All business licensing and zoning ordinances; and

2. The sexually oriented business and employee licensing ordinance, if applicable. (Ord. 17-18)
