A. Adopted: The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, Utah Code Annotated title 32B (the "Act"), as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by this reference in its entirety as if set forth in full herein. The Act as adopted herein shall be interpreted and constructed where necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter.
B. Alcoholic Product Retail Sale Licenses: Subject to the Act, and in accordance with this chapter, the City may issue, grant, deny, suspend or revoke licenses or permits for the sale of alcoholic products. (Ord. 17-18)
