A. There is hereby levied a charge of sixty five cents ($0.65) per month for each local exchange services switched access line and each radio communications access line, as defined in State law, within the area of the City served by the Valley Emergency Communications Center (VECC).
B. VECC is hereby authorized to directly receive the levy charged pursuant to subsection A of this section. (Ord. 17-17)
