3.10.230: COST OR PRICE ANALYSIS:
A cost analysis or a price analysis, as appropriate, shall be conducted prior to award of the agreement other than one awarded under section 3.10.080, "Competitive Sealed Bids", of this chapter. A written record of such cost analysis or price analysis shall be made a part of the procurement file. (Ord. 17-14)
