The committee shall select a chair and adopt rules for the selection of other officers; the time, place and manner of calling meetings; and such other rules governing the conduct of the committee's business as it deems necessary to fulfill its purposes as provided in this chapter. The committee shall meet at least quarterly. A majority of its members shall constitute a quorum for the consideration of matters before it. (Ord. 22-10: Ord. 16-17)
