A. The Board shall meet as necessary to perform its duties. It is expected that the Board will hold regular monthly meetings, but in any event, the Board shall meet no less than three (3) times per year. Meetings shall be held at such time and place within the City as shall be designated by the chair of the Board. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public and held in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Robert’s Rules of Order shall act as the guide for rules of procedure.
B. Attendance of four (4) members of the Board at any duly authorized meeting shall constitute a quorum. An affirmative vote of four (4) members of the Board shall at all times be necessary to pass any motion or matter of business brought to the Board.
C. The Board shall keep a written record of the proceedings which shall be kept in the City Recorder's office.
D. Board members shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 20-29)
