Members shall serve for a term of three (3) years, provided that not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) of the terms of members of this Board shall expire each year. In the event a term of a member shall expire without his/her having been reappointed or a successor having been appointed, the member shall continue to serve until a successor has been appointed. Members of this Board shall not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms. "Term" as used in this section shall mean serving on such Board for at least eighteen (18) months. (Ord. 20-29)
