2.70.030: APPOINTMENT:

The Board shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. All seven (7) members shall be at large members. Five (5) of the members shall be residents of the City; and the remaining two (2) members shall live or work in the City. (Ord. 20-29)
