A. Penalty for a class B misdemeanor may include imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or both fine and imprisonment.
B. Penalty for a class C misdemeanor may include imprisonment for a term not exceeding ninety (90) days, or a fine not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both fine and imprisonment.
C. Penalty for an infraction may not include imprisonment, but whenever a person is convicted of an infraction and no punishment is specified, the person may be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 16-11)
