1.12.010: CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENSES:
   A.   Violations of City ordinances are classified as follows:
      1.   Class B misdemeanor;
      2.   Class C misdemeanor;
      3.   Infractions.
   B.   Every person violating the provisions of any City ordinances for which no other penalty is prescribed is guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined or imprisoned as provided herein. (Ord. 16-11)
