§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any portion of § 150.01 shall be assessed a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person, firm, company, or corporation who shall use the streets, alleys, or other public ways, or any part thereof for the purpose of moving a building or other structure of any kind without first complying with all of the terms of § 150.12 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or confined in jail not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or both so fined and imprisoned.
