(A) The Kentucky Building Code as promulgated in 815 KAR 7:120 and the International Building Code and the Kentucky Residential Code as promulgated in 815 KAR 7:125 and the International Residential Code and any and all future additions and amendments by the Board of Housing, Buildings, and Construction, Commonwealth of Kentucky, are hereby adopted in full as if fully set out herein.
(B) A copy of the Kentucky Building Code is on file in the office of Planning and Zoning, and said office shall at all times keep a copy of said building code for reference.
