§ 117.37 ADVERTISING; VISIBILITY REGULATIONS.
   (A)   A person commits a violation as defined by § 117.99 if he operates or causes to be operated an Adult Oriented Business; and
      (1)   Advertises the presentation of any activity prohibited by this chapter or other local or state regulation; or
      (2)   Fails to post signage in conspicuous locations that persons must be of appropriate age or older to enter the premises; or
      (3)   In any advertising, fails to identify such business as "adult".
   (B)   Nothing in this section relieves the permittee from compliance with any other provisions of the ordinances or planning and zoning requirements of the city.
