§ 117.21 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   A permit to operate an Adult Oriented Business shall be revoked upon a determination that either a permit is to be suspended for a second time within a twelve (12) month period or that a permittee or employee of a permittee:
      (1)   Gave false or misleading information on the permit application which enhanced the permittee's opportunity to obtain a permit;
      (2)   Knowingly allowed the possession, sale or use of a controlled substance and/or alcoholic beverage(s) on the premises;
      (3)   Knowingly allowed prostitution on the premises;
      (4)   Knowingly operated the business while under permit suspension;
      (5)   Has been convicted of a "specified criminal act" for which the time period required in § 117.02 has not elapsed;
      (6)   Committed a specified criminal act on the permitted premises on one (1) or more occasions within a twelve (12) month period while employed by the permit holder;
      (7)   Has been convicted of violations for fees related to an Adult Oriented Business;
      (8)   Allowed any physical contact, as prohibited by § 117.40, to occur in or on the permitted premises; or
      (9)   Operated more than one (1) Adult Oriented Business under a single roof.
   (B)   A permit shall be revoked for one (1) year and a permittee shall not receive any other permits for any other Adult Oriented Businesses during the one (1) year revocation period.
