§ 117.40 PHYSICAL CONTACT PROHIBITION.

While on the premises of an Adult Oriented Business, no Adult Oriented Business employee shall touch the specified anatomical areas of a patron, spectator or other Adult Oriented Business employee and no patron or spectator shall touch the specified anatomical areas of any adult entertainment employee or another patron or spectator. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class B Misdemeanor as defined by § 117.99.
