It shall be unlawful to discharge to the POTW any wastewater except as authorized by the Murray Sewer System in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Any agency, non-domestic user, and/or industry outside of the jurisdiction of the city that request(s) to contribute wastewater to the POTW must first execute (through its authorized legal representative) an interjurisdictional agreement, whereby the agency and/or industrial user agree to be regulated by all provisions of this chapter and state and federal regulations. An industrial user permit may then be issued by the Pretreatment Coordinator in accordance with this chapter.
