(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Location. Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 115.01 through 115.04, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Each day that an adult establishment operates in violation of §§ 115.01 through 115.04 is a separate offense or violation.
