§ 115.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Criminal. It shall be the duty of the Police Department of the Town of Murphy to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   Civil. In addition to prosecution for criminal violations, this subchapter may be enforced by the Town of Murphy through a civil action to enjoin and/or abate the violation.
