§ 38.01 ADOPTION OF PROCEDURES.

   The procedures set forth in § 38.04 shall be the "grievance procedures" for anyone who believes he has been discriminated against by the city based on handicapped status with respect to federally funded programs.

§ 38.02 ADMINISTRATION.

   The administration of these procedures and related federal and state regulations shall be the responsibility of the Mayor.

§ 38.03 AMENDMENT.

   These procedures may be amended by ordinance to comply with court directives or additional federal and state regulations.
