§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to, or in lieu of, an action by the Town Council to remove, prevent or terminate an encroachment, an action to enforce §§ 152.01 through 152.08 may be brought pursuant to amounts allowable under Indiana Code A judgment not exceeding $2,500 may be entered for each violation of §§ 152.01 through 152.07.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall make any opening or excavation in any street or alley, or remove any pavement therefrom, without first complying with the provisions of §§ 152.20 through 152.23 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not to exceed $25, plus the cost of the prosecution.
