§ 152.01 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT.
   (A)   Authority. This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the authority of I.C. 36-1-3 and 36-1-6.

   (B)   Enactment. The following provisions are hereby adopted for the removal, prevention and termination of encroachments upon public rights-of-way and other public property within the jurisdiction of the town.
