§ 152.07 PRESENT ENCROACHMENT.
   Where an encroachment on a public right-of-way or other property within the jurisdiction of the town is in existence on the effective date of this subchapter, the encroachment shall not be allowed to remain unless it is determined by the Town Council that the encroachment in no way impairs the safety or utility of the right-of-way of other property.
