§ 75.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) A minimum penalty of $2 will be assessed for violation of § 75.09 and must be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town within 48 hours of the time of the violation.
