(A) All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer. Fees for connection shall be as required by § 50.134 and 50.135.

(B) The customer's service lines shall be installed and maintained by the customer at his own expense in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the city's rules and regulations and with the regulations of the Department of Health.
