1399.01 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   Removal or Destruction of Placards. Whoever violates Section 1303.12(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   Occupancy of a Condemned Structure. Whoever violates Section 1303.12(g) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c)   Violations of Enforcement Orders. Whoever violates Section 1303.16 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (d)   High Grass and Weeds. Whoever violates Section 1305.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has previously pleaded guilty to or been convicted of two violations of Section 1305.04, a violation of the section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (e)   Tree Violations. Whoever violates Section 1305.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (f)   Transfer of Ownership of Property in Violation. Whoever violates Section 1305.27 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (g)   Other Violations of Chapter 1305. Whoever violates Section 1305.29 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has previously pleaded guilty to or been convicted of a violation of any provision of Chapter 1305, a violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
