All sidewalks, walkways, stairs, driveways, parking spaces, and similar areas shall be kept in a proper state of repair. The Property Maintenance Enforcement Officer may order the property owner to replace sections of sidewalk that have deteriorated to the point that they are unsafe. The costs of such replacement shall be recovered pursuant to Section 1303.07(b)(2).
