(a) Parking spaces shall conform to the following minimum area and dimensions exclusive of driveways and aisles:

(b) Loading spaces shall conform to the following minimum dimensions:
(1) Class A space (for semi-truck vehicles) fourteen feet minimum width, fifty-five feet minimum length, fifteen feet height clearance. The space shall not inhibit service access to neighboring facilities or loading spaces.
(2) Class B space twelve feet minimum width, thirty feet minimum length, fifteen feet height clearance, and arranged so as not to inhibit other service traffic.
(c) Each site shall have an access drive into the parking area with a minimum width as follows:
(1) Single-family driveways: nine feet.
(2) Two-family combined driveway: sixteen feet.
(3) All other uses: two-way drive: twenty feet.
one-way drive: twelve feet.
(d) Parking aisles adjacent to parking spaces shall contain the following minimum widths:
(1) Ninety degree parking: twenty-two feet.
(2) Angle parking: twenty-two feet.
(3) Parallel parking on one-way drive: twelve feet.
