(a) Lot Requirements for Each Dwelling in the Rural Residential District are:
(1) Minimum lot area: For each permitted and conditional use, the lot area shall meet the requirements of the County Board of Health as relating to lot area but in no case shall be less than two (2) acres.
(2) Minimum lot width: 250 feet, on a publicly dedicated right-of-way.
(3) Minimum front yard: Forty feet depth.
(4) Minimum side yard: Twenty-five feet.
(5) Minimum rear yard: Fifty feet.
(6) Maximum lot coverage: Fifteen percent (15%) for residential uses, thirty percent (30%) for all other uses.
(7) For accessory buildings the minimum rear and side yard shall be twenty- five feet.
(8) Floor area minimum 1,200 square feet.
(b) Site Development Requirements in Rural Residential District are: All applicable subdivision regulations and sign, parking and landscaping regulations of this Zoning Ordinance must be satisfied. (Ord. 2005-34. Passed 12-12-05.)
