(a) Sidewalks shall be provided with an incline to the street from the existing sidewalk at all intersections where sidewalks now exist or will be constructed in the future.
(b) All sidewalks at intersections shall be so constructed with an incline and with material approved and construction standards set forth as to drawings and specifications on file at the Engineering Department of the City.
(c) This section will not require existing sidewalks at intersections to be in compliance. However, should any change, alteration, replacement or newly constructed sidewalk be required, then such change, alteration, replacement or newly constructed sidewalks shall be in conformance with the specifications as set forth by the Engineering Department.
