The owner of a sanitary sewer collection system and/or any sanitary sewer main extension that has received a permit from the city for the connection to the city's municipal sewer system, as set forth in § 51.036 above, shall pay a connection charge to the city's municipal sewer system of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($235.00) for the connection installed by the city in accordance with § 51.055 of this chapter plus all additional labor and material costs required for borings of any type, rock removal, and the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete or materials other than earth encountered by the city in the installation of the sewer connection.
