(A) The payment of a connection charge by a property owner entitles the owner of such property to have the sewer line brought to a point in the edge of their property or easement.
(B) Each customer must bear the cost of running their sewer line from the building located on their premises to the point at their property line or easement or such other point as the sewer line has been brought by the city to serve their premises.
(C) Each property owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the construction of a sewer line from the respective premises to the point or points where the city has brought such line or lines, and all sewer connections shall be made under the supervision of the Superintendent of the city's Sewer Department (hereinafter referred to as Superintendent).
