The owner of a sanitary sewer collection system, including any applicant agreeing to install at their expense a main extension to the city's municipal sewer system, shall make written application for a permit to connect to the city's municipal sewer system as set forth in the city's Code of Ordinances. The permit application shall be accompanied by an inspection fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus all reasonable costs incurred by the city to provide the permit and to perform the inspection(s). In addition, the sanitary sewer collection system and any sewer main extension shall be connected to the city's municipal sewer system according to one of the methods set forth in § 50.037 and § 50.038.
