(A) All new customer's of the city's municipal water system, upon presentation of a permit issued by the Rockcastle County Health Department for the installation of a water service, shall pay a connection charge of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) for a three-fourths (3/4) inch water meter set in accordance with § 50.055 of this chapter plus all additional labor and material costs required for borings of any type, rock removal, and the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete or materials other than earth encountered in the installation of the water meter.
(B) All customers requiring a larger water meter shall pay the connection charge for a three-fourths (3/4) inch water meter, as set forth above, plus the additional costs incurred by the city for the larger water meter and materials used for the installation.
