§ 34.04 EMPLOYEE VIOLATIONS.
   Any employee violating the provisions of this chapter which are not in conflict with applicable Indiana Code, shall be subject to such disciplinary action specified in §§ 34.60 through 34.62 or as prescribed by provisions of the Indiana Code as the board having jurisdiction over that employee may find appropriate.
