§ 34.62 RECORDS TO BE KEPT ON ORAL AND WRITTEN WARNINGS.
   All oral and written warnings must be maintained in employee’s work file for a minimum of one year from initial violation. The department head will make available an employee’s file to that employee upon request by the employee. An employee’s work file is confidential and must not be shown to any other employee under any circumstances. The governing body may review an employee’s record if cause justifies.
