§ 33.150 COORDINATOR APPOINTED; DUTIES.
   (A)   The Mayor shall appoint an ALERT Coordinator and such assistants as the Mayor may deem appropriate. The Coordinator and any assistant coordinators shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
   (B)   The Coordinator shall:
      (1)   Assist the Mayor in planning and preparing for and dealing with emergencies and disasters.
      (2)   Act on the Mayor’s behalf and with the authority of the Mayor upon instruction from the Mayor or pursuant to § 33.151.
