It is the intent of this subchapter to assure that adequate off-street parking and off-street loading berths are provided with the construction, alteration, remodeling or changes of use of the building or change in the use of land. There are no off-street parking and off-street loading requirements in the Agricultural District or the Central Business District; however, parking surface requirements in § 153.183(J) shall apply.
