14.1701: PURPOSE:

The B-3 community shopping district is designed to provide for the needs of a much larger consumer population than is served by the B-2 district, and provide a wider range of uses for daily and occasional shopping. This district is located along major arterial roadways. (Ord. 4590, 9-21-1993)
