14.1601: PURPOSE:

The B-2 neighborhood shopping district is intended to provide convenience shopping for persons residing in adjacent residential areas, and to permit uses that are necessary to satisfy the basic shopping needs that occur daily or frequently, and that are necessary to close proximity to residential areas.
