In that it is useful to the economic welfare of the village, there is hereby created a citizens' commission which shall be known as the finance commission of the village. The finance commission shall advise and assist the mayor and board of trustees in the maintenance of a sound tax structure and overall fiscal policy for the village 1 . (Ord. 6149, 8-5-2014)
