5.305: REGULATIONS:

The BOFPC shall make rules to carry out the purpose of this article and chapter 4, articles VIII and IX of this code as pertaining to the hiring, promotion, and discipline of police officers or firefighters. Such rules shall be subject to the approval of the village board. (Ord. 6149, 8-5-2014)
