5.300: MEMBERSHIP, APPOINTMENT, QUALIFICATIONS:

The board of fire and police commissioners ("BOFPC") shall consist of either three (3) or five (5) members as the mayor may from time to time deem appropriate. The members shall be officers of the village, and as such, shall be sworn in by the village clerk and file an oath of office and such other documents as may be required by law. (Ord. 6149, 8-5-2014)
