Provisions of Article XVI of this Chapter regulating condominium sales that contradict, modify, expand or limit rights of landlords or tenants established under this Article shall prevail over the provisions of this Article for leases entered into or renewed subsequent to the effective date of said Article XVI, and which are subject to the provisions of Article XVI.
