§ 51.60 SCHEDULE C; RATES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS; BILLING.

(A) Persons residing outside of the city limits and using city sewer facilities shall be charged 50% more than those rates set out in §§ 51.56, 51.58 and 51.59 of the code.

(B) Water, sewer and such other charges as the City Council may direct shall be shown on one bill, and the bill shall be directed to the person in whose name the water meter is registered; or the sewer is registered, if no water meter. The bill shall be paid at the place, time and in the amount shown on the face of it.

(C) Northeast Texas Community College, Chapel Hill Independent School District, and Harts Bluff Independent School District shall be exempt from this section.
