§ 51.59 SCHEDULE B; BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONCERNS.
   (A)   For each business, commercial, industrial and/or manufacturing concern connected to the city’s water system, the monthly charge to be paid by same for use of the sewer services furnished by the city shall be based on the volume of water consumed during the month, calculated as follows:
      (1)   Minimum charge (0 to 2,000 gallons):            $14.70
      (2)   Over 2,000 gallons, per 1,000 gallons:            $2.12.
   (B)   For each business, commercial, industrial and/or manufacturing concern not connected to the city’s water system, the monthly charge to be paid by same for use of the sewer services furnished by the city shall be based on the volume of water consumed during the month from Tri-Sud, calculated as above.
   (C)   Exceptions to this schedule of charges shall be determined by the City Council on a case-by-case basis, when it is determined that the business, commercial, industrial and/or manufacturing concern returns only a small ratio of its water purchased into the city’s sewer system.
