§ 156.229 IRREPARABLE DAMAGE IN PROTECTION ZONES.
   Where the Department of Planning and Development has determined that irreparable damage has occurred to trees within the tree protection zones, the trees must be removed and replaced in accordance with the requirements of § 156.226(C).
