§ 156.051 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED; PREREQUISITES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to begin the construction of any building, including accessory buildings, until a building permit has been issued for such work.
   (B)   Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy:
      (1)   Clearing and repair of public facilities, including all stormwater storage facilities, site work and permanent erosion control features, shall be reviewed for satisfactory completion and conformance with the approved site plan and permit requirements;
      (2)   Easements disturbed without approval during the construction process shall be restored to pre-permit conditions.
